1. Donation of Digital Drawings or Artwork

1.1. The Site allows users to donate drawings or digital artwork of vaquitas marinas (hereinafter, 'the Works'). By making a donation of a Work on the Site, you declare and warrant that you are the legitimate author of the Work or that you have the legal permission from the author to donate the Work under your responsibility.

2. Conversion to NFT and Public Sale

2.1. The donated Works will be converted into non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by vaquitasnft.com and will be offered for sale to the public through the Site.

3. Use of Funds Raised

3.1. Funds raised through the sale of NFTs will be allocated to associations and non-profit organizations working in the conservation and protection of vaquitas marinas (hereinafter, 'the Associations'). vaquitasnft.com commits to using its best efforts to ensure that the funds raised are delivered to the Associations effectively and transparently.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Authors of the donated Works will retain all intellectual property rights over their Works, except with regard to the sale of NFTs, which will be managed by vaquitasnft.com.

5. User Liability

5.1. The user assumes all legal responsibility for the Works they donate and guarantees that they do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. vaquitasnft.com shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or the acquired NFTs.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1. vaquitasnft.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on the Site. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the Terms to stay informed about updates.

8. Applicable Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.
